When setting up your Microsoft Authenticator,
if you never receive the “QR Code”,
you should follow these steps:
Go to myaccount.microsoft.com from a computer
Under Security info click Update Info
Click Add sign-in method
Select Microsoft Authenticator
Follow the instructions on the screen to set Microsoft Authenticator up on your mobile device
