From Grundy, VA:

Take U.S. 460 W to Pikeville. After approximately 40 miles, merge onto 23 North. In Pikeville, take exit 23 and then stay in the right lane. You will take the first right at McDonald’s, and then turn left at the light. Pikeville Medical Center will be on your right.

From Hazard, KY:

Follow Route 80 East towards Prestonsburg for 44 miles. Turn right onto U.S. 23 South and continue for 22.6 miles. In Pikeville, take exit 23 and then merge into the right lane. You will take the first right at McDonald’s, and then turn left at the light. Pikeville Medical Center will be on your right.

From Lexington, KY:

Take Interstate 64 East to Winchester, KY. Just past the second Winchester exit, you will take the Mountain Parkway (402) exit. Follow the Mountain Parkway towards Prestonsburg for approximately 95 miles. In Prestonsburg, take the U.S. 23 South exit and follow 23 for approximately 25 miles. In Pikeville, take exit 23 and then merge into the right lane. You will take the first right at McDonald’s, and then turn left at the light. Pikeville Medical Center will be on your right.

From Ashland, KY:

Take the U.S. 23 South exit and follow 23 for approximately 90 miles. In Pikeville, take exit 23 and then merge into the right lane. You will take the first right at McDonald’s, and then turn left at the light. Pikeville Medical Center will be on your right.

From Charleston, WV:

Take U.S. 119 (Corridor G) from Charleston towards Williamson, WV. Continue on 119 to Pikeville until you come to the U.S. 23 intersection. Turn left onto U.S. 23 South and follow for approximately 2 miles. In Pikeville, take exit 23 and then merge into the right lane. You will take the first right at McDonald’s, and then turn left at the light. Pikeville Medical Center will be on your right.

From Tri-Cities (Bristol/Kingsport/Johnson City, TN):

Take U.S. 23 North through Virginia to Pikeville, KY. In Pikeville, take exit 23 and then stay in the right lane. You will take the first right at McDonald’s, and then turn left at the light. Pikeville Medical Center will be on your right.
