For patients who need additional assistance or have questions after an outpatient clinic, Emergency Department, or Urgent Care visit, there is no longer a need to contact the hospital switchboard, clinic, lab or any other department. Instead, PMC offers a one-stop navigational assistance service to address any outstanding clinical, testing or other medical needs.
